All pricing above, includes up to a 25 mile radius from the artist's location. Any mileage outside of the artist's area is
subject to a travel fee of .50 cents per mile plus tolls. Where applicable, parking/valet fees will be added to the final
balance on the event day. A $50 non-refundable deposit by cash or check, payable to Stephanie Wilson will be
required when the contract is signed (for parties of 4 or more a 30% deposit is required).

Terms and Policies:
I. Booking: This contract states the minimum number of people receiving services. If more persons
are interested in services, please inform the artist as soon as possible. Due to scheduling conflicts, additions are at the
sole discretion of the artist. If the additional party members materially alter the original contract, a new contract could be
required. A final count is due 1 week prior to the event date Due to client and artist time constraints, any additional
person(s) interested after the final count cannot be guaranteed services.
II. PHOTOGRAPHS- The client understands that any photographs taken during their trial or on the event day, may be
used for promotional purposes, unless otherwise discussed with the artist.
III. LIABILITY: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application.
Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin
complications due to allergic reactions. If power outage, the client cannot hold the makeup artist responsible for
discontinued use of the airbrush equipment, makeup will resume with traditional application.
IV. CANCELLATION FEES: Should the client cancel or postpone 60 days or less prior to the event date, a
cancellation fee will be imposed, requiring 50% of the remaining balance to be paid on the day of the
scheduled event.
V. MISCELLANY: If the artist cannot perform the agreed upon services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond her
control, on the event day, 200% of all payments shall be returned to the client with the understanding that there will be
no further liability with respect to the agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their heirs,
successors, assigns, and personal representatives. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties.
Its terms canbe modified only by an instrument in writing signed by both parties, except that the Client may authorize
expenses or revisions orally. No terms attached to any check for payment under this Agreement can modify
the Agreement except under an independent instrument in writing signed by both parties. Any dispute
regarding this agreement shall be arbitrated in Glendora, NJ under the rules of the American Arbitration
Association and the laws of New Jersey. A waiver of a breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall
not be construed as a continuing waiver of other breaches of the same or other provisions. This Agreement
shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and courts of such state shall have exclusive
